The move, with the text ready
It shows you who it's about, why now and the message that would go out, word for word.

It reads your bookings, your clients and the enquiries from your site. When it spots a useful move, it suggests it, with the message already written.

What it does for you
No commands to learn. It looks at your planets, suggests what to do and waits for your yes. Here's everything it does today.
It shows you who it's about, why now and the message that would go out, word for word.
You approve and it goes out. You decline and nothing goes out, and the decline is recorded too.
After three yeses to the same move, it makes that move on its own and tells you. You can put it back to suggestion-only whenever you want.
For each one you choose: off, suggest only, automatic when it's confident, or automatic. Off always wins.
It sees who has been away longer than the pace of your trade and prepares the message to bring them back.
A recent contact who hasn't booked yet doesn't go unanswered.
Without consent it suggests nothing, and whoever unsubscribed gets nothing more, not even automatically.
Where professional rules forbid soliciting, as in medical practices or law firms, it doesn't suggest marketing messages.
A cancellation, a day that stays empty, enquiries from the site, a client who might not come back: you know when it happens.
Open the app and see what it did for you and what it suggests today.
Day by day: what it noticed, what it suggested, what went out and how it went.
The bookings and client follow-ups for the days ahead, in one calendar.
After a follow-up, it checks whether that person booked again. When it worked, it reminds you next time.
If a result can't be linked to the move, it says so instead of making it up.
Write how the week went: it answers with your bookings and your clients, not with generic tips.
From your conversations it keeps useful facts about your business, like opening hours, preferences and decisions, and uses them in its answers.
Memory on or off, automatic recall yes or no, temporary chats that leave no trace: you decide in the settings.
You delete the chat history yourself, whenever you want.
Before passing a question to the model, it replaces email addresses, phone numbers and IBANs with anonymous codes.
An ordinary week
Monday, 7:30 · with a coffee
You open three apps to see how the week looks, and you still haven't decided anything.
You open Multiverbe: what happened over the weekend and the moves it suggests, ready to go.
Wednesday · the missing client
You only think of her when you bump into her in the street.
The AI suggests her, with the message to bring her back. One tap and it goes out.
Friday evening · the wrap-up
You don't know whether your last message to clients made any difference.
In the Diary you see who came back after the follow-up, and next time it suggests it again.
Where it looks
A program that does one thing sees one thing. Multiverbe's AI sees your site, your calendar and your clients at the same time, which is exactly why it can connect them.
What it looks at
WebThe site and the enquiries that come in through it.
BookingThe calendar: bookings, cancellations, empty days.
ClientsThe list: who comes back, who counts, who's missing. For your trade
Multiverbe's AI is included in Starter, because it's what connects the planets.

Not at first: it suggests and waits for your yes. After three yeses to the same move it can make it on its own, and it tells you. You can put it back to suggestion-only or switch it off whenever you want.
From your planets: bookings, client cards, enquiries from the site. And from what you tell it in the chat, if you keep the memory on.
No. There are no commands to learn: it suggests, you say yes or no. If you like, you ask it a question the way you'd ask a colleague.
It only writes to people who gave consent and skips whoever said no. Before passing a question to the model, it replaces email addresses, phone numbers and IBANs with anonymous codes.
Yes, it's included in Starter.
Let's talk: we show you what it would suggest to a business like yours, and what you can let it do on its own.
