Data deletion

Multiverbe is a service run by Gregorio Ciurleo, a sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma) based in Monteggio, Ticino, Switzerland. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Here is how.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address linked to your account:

  1. Email privacy@multiverbe.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us your account or workspace name so we can identify it.
  3. We confirm receipt and proceed with the deletion.

What we delete and when

We delete your account data, profile, content and linked usage data. We acknowledge the request within 30 days and complete the deletion within the same period, in line with the GDPR (art. 17) and the Swiss data protection act (nDSG/revFADP).

Legal exceptions

Some data (such as invoices and accounting records) must be kept for Swiss tax obligations for up to 10 years (art. 958f CO). These are archived with restricted access until the obligation expires, then deleted.

Connected services and sub-processors

If you connected an external service (for example Google Business Profile), we revoke access and delete the related tokens. The providers that process data on our behalf are listed on our sub-processors page: https://multiverbe.com/subprocessors.
