Version 1.1 · in force since 17 July 2026 · Swiss law
1. Who we are
Multiverbe is a service run by Gregorio Ciurleo, a sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma) based in Monteggio, Ticino, Switzerland. For anything, write to privacy@multiverbe.com.
2. What we offer
Multiverbe is a single system (Business Operating System) for SMBs: website, bookings, CRM, content, sales, marketing. Coordinated by an AI orchestrator. Pricing in CHF: Starter, Pro, Business.
3. Your data, your customers
You own your data and your customers. We never sell, rent, or transfer to third parties. Hosting Supabase eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Public sub-processor list + DPA available on request. Full data export at any time, no vendor lock-in.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). One-time setup fee + monthly subscription, billing in CHF. Pro-rata refund on request within the first 30 days from first payment if the service doesn't satisfy.
5. Applicable law
Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction Lugano (Ticino). Disputes submitted to voluntary mediation through the Ticino Chamber of Commerce before formal legal action.
6. Obligations and acceptable use
You use Multiverbe within the law. You don't upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or try to compromise the security of the service or bypass your plan's limits. You're responsible for the data you enter and for the consent of your end customers.
7. Warranty and liability
We provide the service as is, with reasonable effort toward continuity but no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.
8. Term, cancellation and suspension
Your subscription renews on the cycle you choose, and you can cancel anytime with effect at the end of the cycle. Before closing, you can export all your data. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of abuse.
9. Intellectual property
The software, the Multiverbe brand, the design and the service content remain ours or our licensors'. The data and content you upload stay yours: you grant us only the technical licence needed to run the service (to store, process and display it back to you). You acquire no rights in the software beyond the use allowed by your plan.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example for legal reasons or for new features. We will notify you by email or in the app with reasonable notice. If you keep using Multiverbe after they take effect, you accept the new version. If you disagree, you can cancel before the stated date and export your data.
11. AI-generated content
Part of the service creates text, images and video with artificial-intelligence tools from third-party providers (listed in the sub-processor list). You review and approve the content before publishing: by approving it, you are the responsible editor. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original or free of third-party rights, and we are not liable for the use you make of it after approval. AI-generated content carries an always-on invisible technical mark and, when published, a visible label stating its origin. You can remove the visible label only if you review the content yourself and take responsibility for it: the technical mark stays. Content you generate with AI for your business becomes yours once payment is complete, to the extent it is protectable. Statutory limits for wilful intent and gross negligence remain unaffected.
