For gyms and fitness studios

Classes are booked online, with places counted.

Website, class booking and member records in one system, built and handed over by us. For gyms, yoga and pilates studios and personal trainers: every class has its places, and whoever cancels frees their place on their own.

The room is ready at seven. Sign-ups, often, still happen in a group chat.

What happens today

The three things that cost you most.

Sign-ups go through messages

Places are requested by message, the list is kept by hand, and while you're teaching, replies wait. By the evening someone has been left out by mistake.

Places counted by hand, every day

No-shows block a place

The class looks full, then three people are missing. With no easy way to cancel, the place stays empty and whoever wanted it stayed at home.

A full place left empty

Members who stop coming leave quietly

First they skip a week, then two. By the time you notice, the membership has expired and doesn't get renewed.

A member leaves without a word

The maths, with your numbers

What it costs you not to be there when they look.

There are no numbers of ours about your trade here, because we have not measured them and we will not invent them. Put yours in and look at the result.

Fill in the two fields and the result appears here. Nobody knows the first number exactly, not even you: put in what feels right, the order of magnitude is what matters.

What it does for you

Every class with its places.

  • Classes with places counted

Every group class has its places: when they're gone, nothing more can be booked. Personal training has its own hours, one to one.

    Booking
  • The class timetable on your website

Class, instructor, level and room, day by day: you write it yourself and publish it when you like.

    Web
  • Cancel by link, the place is freed

Anyone who can't come cancels from the email, within the notice period you set, and the place frees up for whoever wanted it.

    Booking
  • A reminder before class

A message goes out on its own shortly before class: whoever forgot remembers, or frees the place.

    Booking
  • Every member with their renewal date

The record shows when the membership expires, and the list of renewals due in the next thirty days tells you who to get in touch with.

    Clients
  • You know who has stopped coming

After three weeks away, a member shows up among those you might lose, and the AI proposes the message to bring them back, ready to go. At first it is sent when you approve it, and only to those who gave their consent. After three yeses the AI can send it on its own, and it tells you.

How we get there

From the timetable to a booked place, in three steps.

  1. We build the website

The studio, the instructors, the class timetable and how to get started. Written so that someone looking for a gym near home can tell straight away if it's yours.

  2. We open bookings

Every class has its places: when they're gone, nothing more can be booked. Personal training has its own hours. Anyone who can't come cancels through the link, and the place is free again.

  3. Every member has a record

Classes booked, when the membership expires, who hasn't been seen for three weeks. In one place, yours.

Questions

What studios ask us.

Can I sell memberships or class packs online?

Not today. Multiverbe books classes and keeps the records of the people who attend, with their membership's expiry date. Payments stay where you handle them now.

Is there a waiting list?

Not yet. When a place is freed by a cancellation through the link, it becomes bookable again for everyone.

Does it handle entry and badges?

No, there's no access control. You can see who's coming from the bookings.

Does it work for yoga, pilates and personal training?

Yes: group classes with places counted and one-to-one appointments, in the same diary.

Can a trial class be booked on the website?

Yes, as a separate service with its own length: newcomers pick the time themselves.

We look at how people sign up for your classes today, and tell you what we would change.
